Stencil Wipe is the one overlay here that spends your footage instead of covering it, which makes it strongest over movement, colour or texture. The slab wipes open from the left and each letter appears as the edge passes it. Use the caption strip for the count and pick an accent with enough contrast against the shot underneath.
