These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Caliber Visual (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the brand assets, animations, and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful or infringing purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
