How much does CaliberVisual cost?
CaliberVisual has four plans, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars: Free at $0, Pro at $29 a month, Studio at $59 a month and Business at $149 a month for agencies and teams running several stores. The free plan needs no credit card, and any plan can be cancelled from your billing settings.
What can I do on the free plan?
The free plan opens the whole animation library, lets you edit any of it in the browser and save one brand kit, and exports MP4 or GIF at 720p and 30 fps. Free exports carry a CaliberVisual watermark. Pro comes with a seven-day free trial: add a card, cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
What does upgrading actually add?
Paid plans export without the watermark, open a connected store's products straight into the templates, reframe one edit to every ratio, add MOV with a real alpha channel for overlays that sit over footage, unlock the higher resolutions and frame rates, and let you keep more than one brand kit.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes. Pro is $290 a year and Studio is $590 a year, which is 2 months free against the monthly price. Pick yearly on any plan card; a monthly subscription can be moved to yearly from your billing settings and the difference is prorated.
Is it a subscription or a one-off payment?
It is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans are billed through Polar and renew each period until you cancel. There is no per-animation charge and no export limit: one price covers as many animations as you export.
Can I cancel, and what happens when I do?
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep the paid features until then and are not billed again. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Do I need After Effects or any other software?
No. CaliberVisual runs in a modern desktop web browser. There is no After Effects project to open, no plugin to buy and nothing to render locally — the finished file is exported from the browser and drops onto a timeline in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or Vegas.
Who owns what I make?
You do. Under the terms, you keep ownership of the brand assets and animations you create or upload, and CaliberVisual holds only the limited licence it needs to store and process them to run the service.
