A Facebook page followed, and then its alerts turned on: two presses, in the order the product asks for them.
The alerts control does not appear until the follow has landed, because offering to notify somebody about a page they have not followed is a state the app never shows. Use it where the gap between following and hearing from you is the actual problem.
