The product photo appears with its price against a burst of colour, and the Prompt shows the command viewers should type. Replace the Product photo, then set Prompt, Command, Price and Burst colour to match your channel. Keep Command to a single word so it's quick to copy from the screen. The animation is a graphic only, so the command still has to be set up in your chat bot.
Match Command to the exact text your chat bot responds to, including any symbol at the front. Pick a Burst colour that stands out from your stream layout, and keep Price short, such as $32 or $45.
Merch Chat Command is built at 640 × 360, a 16:9 landscape frame, the shape of a YouTube video, a stream layout and most editing timelines, and runs 3.5 seconds at 30 frames per second. It arrives in 2.0 seconds, holds for 0.5 and clears in 1.0, so cue it a beat before the moment it labels. Export it as an MP4 for a timeline or a feed, a GIF where video will not embed, or a MOV with an alpha channel to lay it over footage with nothing behind it. Renders go up to 4K on a paid plan. The free plan shows a watermarked preview.
