About the On Air Subscribe animation

Use it at the top of a clip cut from a longer episode, where you want listeners to follow the full show. The sign plate appears, its lamp comes on and the lettering lights up, then Line settles underneath. Change Line to your release rhythm and set Sign colour to match your show's artwork. Keep Line under five words so it stays on one row. It asks for a subscribe but doesn't perform one, so listeners still subscribe in their podcast app or on the platform.

Where it fits

  • At the start of a clip from your video podcast, before the guest speaks.
  • Over a recording-day teaser, to show you're taping a new episode.
  • At the end of a short cut, pointing listeners to the weekly full episode.

Filling it in

Line works best as a schedule, such as New episodes every Tuesday. Pick a Sign colour with strong contrast against your studio background.

Format and timing

On Air Subscribe is built at 640 × 360, a 16:9 landscape frame, the shape of a YouTube video, a stream layout and most editing timelines, and runs 3.2 seconds at 30 frames per second. It arrives in 2.1 seconds, holds for 0.7 and clears in 0.5, so cue it a beat before the moment it labels. Export it as an MP4 for a timeline or a feed, a GIF where video will not embed, or a MOV with an alpha channel to lay it over footage with nothing behind it. Renders go up to 4K on a paid plan. The free plan shows a watermarked preview.
