About the Chat Vote Tally animation
For a stream poll run through chat rather than a platform widget, which is where most of them actually happen. Put the real command in the mono chip so viewers can copy it exactly — a poll people mistype is a poll with no results. The percentages are authored as rolls, so set the outcome you want to show in the source rather than expecting to type it in.
