Only in the Lottie source. The bars race to authored values, so change those keyframes before exporting if you want a different split. The option names and the command are fields.

Does it work with a Twitch chat command?

Yes. Any command your bot listens for goes in the chip. Type it with the prefix the bot expects, an exclamation mark for most, so viewers copy it correctly.
