About the Offer Accepted animation

Share it the day an offer is accepted, to congratulate your clients and let followers know the home is under offer. The photo is revealed as a panel draws back, a seal stamps in with a check, then the two headline lines rise into place above Names line. Add a Photo, edit Headline, Headline, second line and Names line, and set Seal colour to your brand. Choose a Photo with the house centred so the crop keeps it. Get your clients' consent before naming them.

Where it fits

  • In a square feed post the day the offer comes through.
  • At the end of a listing recap video, after the viewing highlights.
  • In a monthly round-up of your deals, one clip per home.

Filling it in

Names line uses caps by default, so keep the same style, like THE PATELS, OAK LANE HOMES. The two headline fields can also carry other stages, such as Sale and agreed.

Format and timing

Offer Accepted is built at 1080 × 1080, a square frame, which sits in a feed post without cropping and centres neatly over wider footage, and runs 5 seconds at 30 frames per second. It arrives in 2.0 seconds, holds for 2.1 and clears in 0.9, so cue it a beat before the moment it labels. Export it as an MP4 for a timeline or a feed, a GIF where video will not embed, or a MOV with an alpha channel to lay it over footage with nothing behind it. Renders go up to 4K on a paid plan. The free plan shows a watermarked preview.
