Only post it with the seller's agreement and figures you can stand behind.
Type Days as a number and a word, for example 14 days. Keep Over short and in caps, such as AT ASKING or MULTIPLE OFFERS, and use it only when it's true. Pick a Photo with the front of the home in the middle of the frame.
