About the Almost Sold Out animation

Use it when stock is running low and you want viewers to know before sizes go. A tick gauge fills as Sold counts up to your figure, next to your title, subline and button. Change Title, Subline, Sold and Button. Set Sold from your real stock levels, since viewers read it as fact. The button can't be tapped, so viewers still check out in your own shop.

Where it fits

  • In the last days of a limited run, over footage of the remaining stock.
  • At the end of a tour vlog, when only a few sizes are left.
  • In a clip answering whether an item is still available.

Filling it in

Name the item and what's left in Subline, for example Tote bag, black only. Keep Title short and factual. Keep Button to two words, such as Buy now.

Format and timing

Almost Sold Out is built at 640 × 360, a 16:9 landscape frame, the shape of a YouTube video, a stream layout and most editing timelines, and runs 3.5 seconds at 30 frames per second. It arrives in 2.1 seconds, holds for 0.4 and clears in 1.0, so cue it a beat before the moment it labels. Export it as an MP4 for a timeline or a feed, a GIF where video will not embed, or a MOV with an alpha channel to lay it over footage with nothing behind it. Renders go up to 4K on a paid plan. The free plan shows a watermarked preview.
