Shows sellers which home upgrades earn back their cost, with four meters filling against a break-even line.
Show sellers which improvements are worth doing before a sale, all in one frame. Four tick meters fill against a break-even line as each return counts up, and the upgrades that clear the line get a chip. Change Title and Break-even label, name Upgrade 1 to Upgrade 4, and type each return, such as Upgrade 1 return. Only Upgrade 1 chip and Upgrade 2 chip exist, so put your two strongest upgrades in the first two rows.
Quote returns from a cost versus value report you can cite if asked. Keep each Upgrade name to two words so it fits beside its meter. If you rename the chips, keep them short, like Worth it.
Upgrades That Pay is built at 1080 × 1080, a square frame, which sits in a feed post without cropping and centres neatly over wider footage, and runs 5 seconds at 30 frames per second. It arrives in 2.8 seconds, holds for 1.3 and clears in 0.9, so cue it a beat before the moment it labels. Export it as an MP4 for a timeline or a feed, a GIF where video will not embed, or a MOV with an alpha channel to lay it over footage with nothing behind it. Renders go up to 4K on a paid plan. The free plan shows a watermarked preview.
Yes. Each Upgrade return is a counter that counts up to the percentage you type.
Upgrade 1 chip and Upgrade 2 chip are the only chip fields, so list the upgrades that pay back first.
1080 x 1080, a 1:1 square with its own background, 5 seconds long.
