Floor plans are the thing buyers screenshot, and a still one gets scrolled past. Drawing the plan as a single line makes the rooms arrive in the order someone would walk them, and the door swinging is the one move that says which way in. Name the rooms the way the listing names them; the kicker carries the counts so the plan does not have to.
